Hi me and partner both got phones with I'd fee months ago.

My partners phone has stopped working suddenly. He took out the option of annual insurance whilst purchasing it.

Does anyone know the process for this?
Who the insurance company is etc
He can't log onto his I'd account as it was on his phone and he has no phone to reset the password link etc

Is there a phone number we can phone

Sorry to hear the handset has stopped working.

Was this purchased at Carphone Warehouse? The Insurance would likely be with Team KnowHow.

If you've got a fault with your handset and nothing relating to damage to the phone, providing you're still within the manufacturer warranty period, you may be entitled to a warranty repair.

We'd recommend popping into your local Carphone Warehouse branch for a member of staff to advise further.
