Hi my daughter’s iPhone has water damage and won’t turn on. I’m wanting to replace the phone but when I try to log into her id mobile account it says will text a verification code which I obviously can’t access. How do I get around this as I’d just like to get into her account to upgrade?

Try placing a dry SIM in another phone maybe❓

I’ve done that and managed to get the code and log on. It says I can’t upgrade yet to replace the phone until October. Do you know if I can pay off early or how I can do this?

Hi @Alison Parker 

 

Unfortunately upgrade dates cannot be brought forward, it may be worth looking into a SIM free device, using the iD Mobile SIM card in that and then once you’re able to upgrade to a SIM only plan, doing so.
