I cant submit my PAC Code. Your automated systems repeatedly send me to a broken URL that suggests I referr the problem to 'my administrator'. Im just being sent round in circles without any access to a real person that might be able to address the issue- which seems very much to be an error in your systems.
Where even is the account section in the ID mobile app under which there is supposedly a 4 digit number that would give me access to a real person via your 'Live Chat' ??
