Call divert from website

My Phone has died and I need to divert my calls to my wife’s phone. Can I do this via the website. I can’t see anything about diverting calls.

Hi @Greenman1947,

@WelshPaul is right, this cannot be done through the website. Any call diverts would need to be put in place whilst the SIM card is being used within a phone. Sorry about that!

So if I put my SIM in my wife’s phone, can I set up a divert to her number without affecting her own SIM’s operation. We are both ID Mobile customers.

Yes you can do that and I can confirm that it will have no impact on your wife’s number/account.
