On making calls it immediately say call ended without connecting. Can’t even access voicemail. This is the screen shot. Anyone know what’s going on?

Do you have the issue in all areas even away from home?
Have you tested the SIM in a different handset?
You may have a faulty SIM but we can get a new one sent or you can collect a replacement from your local Curry’s store.
