I was under the impression ID mobile do not call customers to upgrade.  Had a call today and ID Mobile showed on the phone as the caller ID.  Person called ‘Aaron’ knew my full name, what handset I have and said my contract had ended and was trying to get me to upgrade to a new phone.  My contract still doesn’t end for nearly 2 months so to avoid getting into conversation I said I would look into my options over the next few weeks. I was unsure of the call and didn’t want to be tricked into giving any of my details.    

Call info shows the call to be a Nottingham number 01156940023.
 

Can anyone at ID Mobile please confirm if this was a genuine call - thank you.
