I am a 2 week in new ID mobile customer, I purchased a new phone and sim.
My old number was ported over a couple of days after my account went live. All seems ok, I can send/receive texts and calls, except for one phone number from another network, he can text me but when he tries to call he gets a message saying that my number is not recognised. I have restarted my phone several times, turned off wi-fi calling, he has done the same but the problem still exists. I have also checked to see if his number has somehow blocked on my phone but all looks ok. Do you have any suggestions as to what I can do next?
