I do not want voicemail but if I do not answer my phone,  it rings several times then caller told my number no longer recognised?

Just checking

 

So you’ve turned off voicemail either via the app or online account portal?

 

With it off, say after a minimum of 10 mins, or overnight (if the 10 mins doesn’t work) and you restart your phone, does this issue go away?

I switched off voicemail when I bought my phone. So been off for a few months

If you did this via your iD account (not via the settings on the phone) then I have no clue why yours does this.

 

I switched mine off, via the iD Mobile app, when I joined iD and its never been a problem for me.

I'll try switching voicemail on again then switch off later to see if it solves problem

You’ve got nothing to lose.

 

But let’s say you switch it back on the system requires 10 minutes to catch up. Then I’d restart the phone. Give it an hour or so and switch it back off, but this time wait about an hour (or overnight) then restart the phone.
