Callers cannot leave voicemail

Callers into my number are presented with a message “That does not appear to be a valid number”. This has been the case for few days now so not a short term network issue. Can anybody advise?

No, I have been with IDM  a good few months. Happens to all calls to me (annoyingly including the dentist)

I am still no wiser, does ID Mobile have an answer for me? To repeat: my phone rings and callers are not directed to Voicemail but received a message "that does not appear to be a valid number"

When you go into phone settings, does your phone number show correctly please?

 

Have you also tried resetting network settings?

Phone no. shows correctly.

Just reset network - same problem

Just to clarify, are people able to contact you via your number normally, via texts and calls?

 

It’s just at the end of the call, it states that error?

 

Or if anyone tries calling you, it gives that error right away?

Problem has persisted. I have turned off Voicemail and that makes no difference.

To recap, calls to my number rings, then  states “That does not appear to be a valid number, please check and try again”.

Texts seem to work. 

Can I have some human intervention to resolve this please?
