Calling a constantly engaged mobile number

If I call one particular mobile number, its constantly engaged. I have no problem calling any other mobile numbers.

I can call the problem mobile number with no issue at all using any landline phone, another mobile phone using a different network provider or by using a different mobile provider on my own mobile phone.

This has been an ongoing problem for many months. I/m seriously considering leaving ID mobile because of this. Its an important contact number that I must be able to access.

Just to mention, I can’t successfully text the problem mobile number, though no issue by any other means as mentioned above.

Have you tried deleting the phone number you’re trying to call, and then re-adding it via both formats below:

  • 07….
  • +44….

 

Also, does the person have issues the other way? Have they contacted their network at all?
