When I'm on the phone, if someone else calls me they automatically get out through to voicemail and I don't get a notification. How do I change this so I have the option to answer the new call or send to voicemail please

Have you checked your call settings?
Please test the SIM in another handset and replicate the call as this will determine if it’s the handset or SIM.
I would advise contacting our Live Chat Team and they can carry out some troubleshooting.
