I can’t make any calls as from last Friday iv done everything in the advice given 

and therse no way of contacting any for any help

and yes only when calling

  1. When you go into phone settings, is your phone number showing correctly?
  2. Is VOLTE enabled and Wi-Fi calling?
  3. Have you tried restarting your phone, and resetting network settings?
  4. Are you able to try the SIM card in another device to see if the issues persist?
