I have never been able to text my brother in Australia. He texts me and then I reply but it doesn’t go.
I have to then send him a text with my husbands payg phone. I have unlimited calls and texts. Why cant I text him. I have also tried phoning him and I can’t do that either.

Because your pay monthly iD plan’s allowances do not include international calls and texts
You’ll need to have international calls and texts enabled on your iD account, and set you bill cap high enough to allow you to call and text Australia.
