Calls breaking up

Since I joined ID mobile a year ago, I have been having issues with calls always breaking up. This is even worse when I call numbers that involve selecting options to be connected. It does not matter where I am in London (home, work, on the bus, etc). Are others experiencing similar issues?

Welcome to the Community!

If the issue is occurring at multiple locations it sounds like it could be a SIM or handset issue.

Have you tested the SIM in a different handset and a replacement SIM previously?

Hi Kash, I have tested the sim in a different phone and called a number that required selection of an option to be connected and it was ok. It seem the issue is to do with my phone (Samsung S23). However, I experienced some loss of signal/service at different locations. Therefore, send me a new sim before we draw a conclusion the phone is to blame. Thank you.
