calls not coming through + no voicemail access

I cannot access my voicemail. Also some of the calls don’t come through but go to voicemail. Tried online chat but it was useless. Told me to go to Curry’s store. Where can I get some help?

Have you been able to access voicemail before?

 

What number are you calling to access voicemail?

Thanks for getting back to me.

i didn't know i had to enable voicemail.

Phone started working again after I’ve done a hard reset.

is there any way i can use my phone without having to do hard resets all the time? I keep missing calls- the phone doesn’t even ring, just goes straight to voicemail.

I just missed another important call from my doctor. My phone seems to be unusable for making calls on your network. The only way to talk to me is via WhatsApp. I do need to use my mobile- I am paying a lot for it!

Hi there ​@Monja, no problem. The phone should of course work without having to reset everytime. 

 

What phone do you have?

 

Do texts and data work okay?

Texts work ok, also WhatsApp. Which means the phone is OK. I can make/receive calls after doing a hard reset only, and usually this works for a few hours, then goes without warning. Calls go straight to voicemail.

Sorry to hear that ​@Monja. In terms of missing calls, does this happen with all phone numbers, or only numbers such as the doctors?

All phone numbers. I also can’t make calls to any numbers. The call doesn’t connect. It shows ‘call failed’ message

Hi Tyler,

I have tried live-chat but got nothing useful from them. Is there any way to speak to someone? Live chat person told me to go to Curry’s store. Any particular store? I live in London

Hi there ​@Monja, sorry to hear that. We’re an online business, so we’re contactable via Community, our live-chat and social media pages. If they advised you to go to a Currys store via live-chat, then any Currys store would be fine.

 

I’d recommend going back to live-chat and asking to speak to an agent, and ask them to raise this to our technical team.
