You can not fulfil my order:
the order you placed through www.carphonewarehouse.com has been accepted by the iD Mobile network, however not for the chosen handset and tariff combination that you have ordered. The iD Mobile network would be willing at this time to offer you one of their great sim only packages.
but I requested a pac code to switch on 12/11/24. I no longer want to switch to iD mobile and want to cancel the port in.

It doesn’t sound like any plan has gone through or been purchased successfully, therefore a transfer would not happen, it cannot exist if the account it’s moving do doesn’t exist.
