I'm new to ID mobile and didn't realise landlines were not included in my contract. Is there a way to add these on like a bolt on?

You should be able to call standard, residential landlines, however premium landlines would not be included, there isn’t anything to add on to change this, sorry.

I can make calls but these are charged at 40p per minute and I didn't realise this when I took out the contract as it said unlimited so I assumed that included landlines but it doesn't.
You don't realise how many times you call landlines still for Dr's appointments, hospitals or even the local takeaways!

To confirm, you can call these numbers, however, the premium landlines will be charged.

iD Mobile's plans include calls to standard UK mobile numbers, numbers starting 01, 02, 03 and also Freephone numbers starting with 0800 and 0808.
Charges are incurred when calling 084, 087, 09 and 118 numbers and also Non-standard 07 numbers.

Under the ‘Standard out-of-plan changes’ table you will see a link for Non-Standard 07 Numbers and this lists those that incur a charge.
