Hi, I’m in month nine of twenty four into my contract, can anyone tell me the best/cheapest way to get out or buy out my contract please?

You can cancel or port out your account at any time. However, if you’re within your contractual minimum term, your final bill will include an early termination fee. To find out how much that fee is, text INFO to 85075.

Thank you,

I do find a lot of places without signal, after looking at coverage charts etc before signing up, I’ve done all suggested , reset network settings, restarted the phone (IPhone 15 on latest software update),took put and re inserted SIM card etc etc, I have spoken to a few people on ID mobile who all say the same thing, so postcode coverage checker was/is not accurate in our cases.

It looks expensive to pay out the contract, but might be worth while if signal is not good.

ill give it a little more time to see if Vodafone signal/joint venture with Three network makes better signal for ID mobile.

Hi @suggsy

The coverage checker whilst typically a good indicator of signal isn’t and cannot be 100% accurate, all iD Mobile plans have a cooling off period where if you find the signal isn’t suitable, you’d be able to return within that period.

Thanks for the reply,

Yes I know that thank you.

But is the venture between Vodafone and Three network going to affect the ID signal and make it better?

Hi @suggsy

We rely on Three UK signal for our network, if that network is about to get bigger, that should mean our network would too.

Well, let’s hope signal gets better if ID network has any benefit with Vodafone being involved.

Thanks again, have a great day
