can i freeze the account rather than close it?

I want to freeze this account for now, not close it down. Is this possible? Or its cancel completely only?

If you have a pay monthly iD contract, you cannot freeze (stop payments), @tara1604.

If you have a pay monthly contract with iD, then you can’t freeze or pause the contract, @tara1604.

If it’s PAYG, then you can do nothing (freeze) for 120-days I think.
