Can I switch my account to my Daughter

I opened up this account so my daughter could have a mobile phone, she is now 21 and I was wondering if I could switch the account to her name.

Hi ​@Stu Lucas,

 

Thanks for getting in touch, and I understand why you’d like to move the account across now that your daughter is an adult.

At the moment, iD Mobile accounts can’t be directly transferred into another person’s name. The account holder would need to change through a cancellation and new setup process.

What you can do instead:
Your daughter can set up a new iD Mobile account in her own name
She  can chnage the Direct debit of the current SIM she is using to her details and use it under your name

Or you can move it to another provider and make the account her name with them.
