cannot send SMS messages, access Google maps and using data is very hit and miss.
I have tried all the troubleshooting steps where I manually change the number the message is sent from (the correct one is selected)
I have reset the network
I have been resent a new SIM card.
ordered the iPhone 15 on the 29/11/24 through the car phone warehouse website.
I have contacted ID mobile through their website chat, Facebook chat & rang customer complaints who have logged a job.
I can receive SMS messages, I can send/receive iMessages.
I cannot send SMS texts and I cannot use 5G data or google maps at any time. Accessing apps when not on WiFi is sporadic.
Please sort this out ID mobile. I have been to Currys where I collected my phone from and I am still no further forward. Currently my service is just not fit for purpose.
