Can someone help me - wont let me transfer my number

I have a PAC code but after submitting the form to transfer my number, i have received a text saying invalid details. they were all correct.

We are sorry to hear this. The best way to obtain your PAC code is to text PAC to 65705. We will PM you now so we can look into this further on our end.
