Can’t call out but can make calls

For two days now I have not been able to receive calls. I’ve had people calling me on WhatsApp asking if I’ve blocked them. I recently joined ID mobile and think this is a disgrace, seems as though no one has been made aware of this issue and given any information about when it will be fixed.
