Can't download MMS

Since joining iDMobile, I am getting a warning:  “Can’t download MMS   Check your APN settings and then tap to retry.”

I have checked the settings and they appear to be correct.  Can someone advise me what else to do?

Slightly different @Stephen Dunning - follow these steps:

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Tap ‘General management’.

  3. Tap ‘Reset’.

  4. Tap ‘Reset network settings’.

  5. Tap ‘Reset settings’.

  6. Enter your PIN, password or pattern.

  7. Tap ‘Reset’ to confirm.

Don’t worry, this won’t reset any personal data, like Apps, Photos or Contacts, but you will need to re-enter Wi-Fi passwords.

If you mean to use the settings tool (https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/get-your-settings/settings-tool), my phone is not listed (Samsung Galaxy A52s).

Just reset the mobile network settings.  That seems to have done the trick.  I was able to receive a MMS message from my wife’s phone.
