Since joining iDMobile, I am getting a warning: “Can’t download MMS Check your APN settings and then tap to retry.”
I have checked the settings and they appear to be correct. Can someone advise me what else to do?

Slightly different
Open Settings.
Tap ‘General management’.
Tap ‘Reset’.
Tap ‘Reset network settings’.
Tap ‘Reset settings’.
Enter your PIN, password or pattern.
Tap ‘Reset’ to confirm.
Don’t worry, this won’t reset any personal data, like Apps, Photos or Contacts, but you will need to re-enter Wi-Fi passwords.
Enter your E-mail address. We'll send you an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.
