SOOOO annoyed. I have three numbers for each of my kids. It’s annoying you need 3 different accounts but also I can’t register the third number despite having all the correct information. I tried the online help and the online chat - and keep getting NOWHERE! This is horrendous.
How on earth can you get help?

The agents work until 6pm at weekends.

It’s not working! I just go around and around in circles as it gives me the same advice which doesn’t work!!
+26Have you tried typing “talk to a person” when using the online chat, to speak to an iD agent?

Speak with an iD agent privately on either of these social media platforms.
The iD customer service agents normally work until 8pm on weekdays.
