Can't log into Mobile App

My dad is having trouble logging into his iD mobile app, and I think I know the reason why.

I think prior to porting his number to iD a few years ago I entered an incorrect date of birth.

 

Is there any way I could get this rectified? Could someone from iD contact me. My dad simply wants to be able to log in to the app and view his billing each month.

Are you the account holder or are they?

 

In any case, the details of the account holder will need to be used, not the details of the user should they be different.

 

We’d need the account holder to contact us themselves to look into their account.
