Can't login online or on app

When I try to login to the new app or web portal. I put in my username and password but when I add my phone number, last name and DOB and click on next. I get an oops something went wrong error message. Please help.

Hi @Karan Nayee, are you trying to reregister for the new iD mobile app? We ask as the old App/webservice has now been switched off. 

You would also need to register for the new app, and not select the login option.

Help, I’ve got the same problem, but I can’t find out how to re-register

Done it, not obvious what to do, big failure from ID mobile to make changes of this magnetude without any warning,

Welcome to the Community!

Have you ported the number or in the process of it being ported?

If so you may need to wait for your port to complete before you can receive the code.

Hi Kash

No had the number for ages.

I am on an island and may not be receiving texts. Due to reception problems. I'll know when I get to the mainland on Friday.  Unfortunately that will be too late for me to do what I need to do. 

Pity I cannot recieve the passcode by email

Uninstalled and reinstalled the app

 

Have tried online too

 

No luck!

Have you tried connecting to Wi-Fi to see if it works that way?
