Can't login online or on app

When I try to login to the new app or web portal. I put in my username and password but when I add my phone number, last name and DOB and click on next. I get an oops something went wrong error message. Please help.

Hi @Karan Nayee, are you trying to reregister for the new iD mobile app? We ask as the old App/webservice has now been switched off. 

You would also need to register for the new app, and not select the login option.
