Hi @Lilly Sakayam,

Welcome to the Community!

Are you able to text and receive calls?

What error message do you get when making a call?

I would advise checking the number in your call settings.

Hi Kash

Thank you for your reply.

It's interesting as it turns out that I can receive and make calls after all but it's a specific local number that won't allow me to. The message I get is to increase my cap or make a payment now. I am paid to date and the call still doesn't work with an increased cap.

With thanks

Hi @Lilly Sakayam

Is the number in question a standard UK number or a non-standard one?
