can't make calls


I couldn't call taxi on Saturday and I cannot call my garage today wether I use my 5g or WiFi calling 

 

And I don't know how to contact id mobile so I'm getting frustrated

Hey there ​@Jakathey, I appreciate your reporting my message and suggesting I was a scammer, and for trying to protect customers on our Community page. However, I work for iD Mobile, as you can see from my account and underneath my name, and I’m only asking for details to help you further.

 

I’m asking for the full phone number for the taxi company, which would be public knowledge anyway on their website and online. I am not asking for your full number, as we’d never want any personal information being entered on a Community forum.

It's just lots of different numbers it won't call my dad

It won't call my insurance team.

Why in the world does a phone company not have a call centre anyway, that makes no sense at all

And why would I put out any data on an open channel

Hey there ​@Jakathey, we’re an online business only, and our customer service routes can be found via our website, where we don’t list a phone number, and this information is clear to see before taking out a contract with us if you wish to be with a network company with a customer service phone-line in-case of any issues, if that’s important to you. 

 

We ask these questions publicly as we’re a public forum here on Community, and this is where we ask questions as this is where you’ve reached out to us ​@Jakathey. We’d look to troubleshoot over this public forum first, and if we cannot resolve this publically, we’ll move over to PM to look into your account and assist further.
