Can’t make calls in Spain

Can’t make calls in Spain even though roaming is on.  Message says service is not available on service I’m calling from.

    Hey there ​@Umoir, sorry to hear that. Have you enabled roaming via the iD Mobile app/website, and also via your phone’s own settings?

     

    Have you tried restarting your phone?
