Thanks Kash. I did contact the team and it seems that, although I have unlimited calls and texts, there are certain calls I can’t make - to businesses. I wasn’t aware of that when I set up the phone contract. Waiting for my Live Chat conversation to be emailed to me, which has two links for me to read - hasn’t appeared as yet.

You’ll have unlimited calls to standard UK numbers, premium ones would charges as extra.
