can’t make outgoing calls to landlines

Why can’t I make outgoing calls to landlines when I have unlimited minutes. A automated response keeps on telling me that I’ve reached my capped limit but I’ve got unlimited minutes. All very frustrating.

Hey there @Karl Saltmarsh, welcome to Community!

If it mentions you’ve reached your bill cap limit, then this is in concern to your bill cap that allows/stops out of contract charges, not your regular inclusive minutes in your unlimited plan. Therefore, to allow for these calls to go through, you’ll need to increase your bill cap via the iD Mobile app/website.

Thanks for your response. Not really no. I thought that included in my unlimited minutes were standard UK calls to landlines. These are the calls I’m trying to make. That is 01, 02 and 03 numbers? I appreciate that 08 numbers etc are chargeable.
