can’t receive calls

I have not been able to receive calls for 4 days now and have exhausted all the recommendations on the ID site for resolution. 
is there any chance that a person can assist me.

Been to Curry’s and got a new SIM card.  Now resolved

Hey there ​@Paddyl180, sorry to hear that. There was an outage last week, that was resolved on Friday.

 

Are you only having issues with calls?

 

What’s your full postcode and what phone do you have please?
