Can't receive MFA calls


My work requires a Multi-factor authentication call in order for me to access work systems remotely. This has worked fine in the past, but the calls are not getting through to me now. IT support at work say there is a problem with MFA on Three networks but I haven’t been able to verify this. Any ideas?

Is this issue still ongoing? Looks like there is a ticket raised with our technical team who will liaise with Three UK to find a resolution.

Hi,

Yes, still ongoing. I spoke to Help Centre and they raised the ticket, but I haven’t had any further resonse yet, and I’m still not getting the MFA calls.
