4 days after 3G switch off & still cannot make or receive calls. In-store tech guys checked my phone & did everything possible as per troubleshooting advice, but network is still causing me problems

I have checked and your handset is compatible with our service. 

Can you please advise what steps you have taken in regards to the settings on the handset?

Please read the reply I made, sometime ago, to a customer with a similar problem using an approved Samsung handset…

 

It may be down to the firmware installed on your phone and is easily rectified.
