Can't receive or make calls and my 3g is off too

I am using esim ID mobile and other physical sim. Other one works fine with no issues whereas from ID i can’t receive or make calls

3G is being switched off so it only 4 G and 5 G. That said I’m leaving ID mobile after only a few days as frankly the whole  company leaves a great deal  to be desired! I was not able to make or receive call no text messages no virtual voice man and no FaceTime……I was told so many different excuses  and frankly the company is I suggest financially dishonest. I will just pay the extra £10 to get out of my sim only rolling monthly contract and go back to Voxi  who  gave me a great deal for £5 for the first month and then £10 afterwards with 45GB data and free social media usage on 5 different media which does not come out of your data allowance. I should never have left but hey go we all learn and the ID Mobile propaganda about what wonderful service etc etc they offer is just I suggest hype and hooey with no reality at all!!!
