Can't receive texts or calls sent to full international number

Hi,I have just ported a Pixel 9 Pro phone from O2 to ID.I can receive texts sent to 07xxx but any texts sent to +44 7xxx aren’t received. The sender gets a message to say that sending failed.I have restarted the phone, reinserted the SIM, disabled and re-enabled all international settings on the account, but they still won’t deliver.Any ideas?Thanks
