can’t receive the phone call


Hello All

just switched to Id mobile brought my old number from other provider using the pac code 

after switching I can make the call but can’t receive the calls and no internet 

any idea ? I have tried sim out, clean,  airplane mode switch on and off

I have similar problem, I can dial out to anyone but only receive calls from people on the Three network or with a provider that uses Three’s infrastructure. 

So far, three eSIMs and about four hours on their not-very-live chat with no solution. 
I’m going to request a returns authorisation (within the 30 day mail order timeframe, 14 days for in store) and take my business elsewhere.

I don’t know know how they winning all the awards they have claim on the website .Very poor customer service I have been on waiting to chat a agent for  30 mins than message came in no one is available come back later no phone to contact ,no email to contact imagine you can’t call a company who is providing the mobile service to everyone 😂😂
