Can’t recieve some calls after transferring number to id

Seems to be a problem with contacts who are on EE but may be more.

 

I was with Ultility warehouse, then moved to id and transferred my number. The contacts who cant call me are disconnected as soon as they try to call.

 

Any help please

    Hey there @Kickers56, welcome to Community!

     

    Have you tried restarting your phone?

     

    Have you also tried deleting the contacts, and re-adding them, both in the 07 and +44 format?

     

    Finally, when you go into settings, does the correct phone number show?

    Hi,

     

    Thanks, yes done all the above and still no joy. It is only certain contacts who seem to be on EE, other contacts can call me fine.
