Why can't I enter the date to switch my number 28 days after receiving the PAC code?

Hi @RJ12345 

 

Your PAC code may expire by the time you’re selecting to set it.

 

To avoid this happening (or the error coming up on our side) we’d recommend requesting the PAC code once you’re ready to use it, not weeks before.

You could chat with iD customer support - they might be able to schedule your preferred switching date.

Contact iD support using the online iD Live Chat service - advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.

Tell the 24/7 chatbot you want to “talk to a person” - repeat a few times though.
