Can't update Direct Debit Information


Hi,

 

i have seen old posts about this issues but I am trying to update my bank info and it keeps saying error for a few days both on my mobile app and from my laptop.

 

Please help

Unfortunately @Irishog, for some customers, managing direct debit online isn’t working properly with the ‘new’ iD app / “My iD Account” online services.

Until these iD Mobile online services are working properly for all customers, seems you can temporarily call 0800 049 2376 about your direct debit.

You’ll need your iD customer service PIN in order to do this by phone.
