Can't view data usage

Hi all, 

I'm unable to view any info like data usage etc. Even though I can log in OK I keep seeing the same message "oops.. Something went wrong".

Anyone had similar and if so how did you rectify it?

Have a read of this:

as it should help both the iD app and online account.

 

BUT note the minimum spec for the app:

The iD Mobile App requires iOS 15 or later or Android 9.0 or later

Have you tried via both the iD Mobile website and app please?

Yes, both website and app show same error message.

Cheers daz_S, that did it. I uninstalled, deleted my existing plan and created a new one. Nice one!
