I'm unable to view any info like data usage etc. Even though I can log in OK I keep seeing the same message "oops.. Something went wrong".
Anyone had similar and if so how did you rectify it?

Have a read of this:
as it should help both the iD app and online account.
BUT note the minimum spec for the app:
The iD Mobile App requires iOS 15 or later or Android 9.0 or later
