Hi

I have tried ID mobile chat who were useless.

I pay for 3 sim cards.  I was told I can only have 1 account per email address. I asked id chat 3 times today if this is right and I didn’t get an answer.

I need to cancel one sim only plan and am not sure which of the two email addresses if either I used for this one.  I failed the security check and was told to use the id mobile ap which i don’t think I can if I can’t remember the email address?

How do I cancel the sim please?

I’m sorry to hear that, in the iD Mobile app you’ll be able to add multiple plans into one account by selecting “View your plans”.

 

You will however need to have made an account in the iD Mobile app using one of your plans to begin with, if you haven’t, you’ll need to register.
