Dear iD Mobile,
I would like to cancel the 12-month SIM-only contract for 120GB taken out online on May 22, 2026.
I have not received or activated the SIM, and no payment has been taken.
I am requesting cancellation within the 14-day cooling-off period, as I took the contract out in error while reviewing upgrade options for my existing account.
Please confirm cancellation of the agreement and that no charges will apply.
