cancel during cooling off period

Can someone please just cancel my contract. I’m still in my cooling off period and I am disgusted on this service. I don’t want a discussion, I just want to cancel which I am in my right to do as I am with within my 14 days.

Have you tried contacting our Live Chat team? 

They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.

Can I cancel my order please. Ive only just ordered today but was out of stock. I didn't want to wait so I've gone with someone else. Please cancel ASAP before they take the payment out
