Just ordered new phones, not had a confirmation email, so worried that I have been conned.
Is this usual not to have a confirmation email?
I gave all the information required including bank details -over the phone was this a genuine order?

id Mobile don’t cold call their customers. A quick google of that number and it’s a scam. Cancel your cards!!!
If any mobile phones turn up at your address, keep them. If you get a call informing you that the wrong phones were sent to you, and you need to return them, it’s part of their scam.
