Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD onlineLive Chatservice, to speak to a customer adviser @Steve99 The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends- just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

Yes, I got sorted with Customer Service. It looks like when the cancellation is requested you have about a day to reverse the decision. As I put the cancellation in after the agents finished for the day yesterday as long as I contacted them today I was ok. After this time the phone number would have gone and cannot be reversed.thank you for your helpSteve
