Cancelled esim today but changed mind

I cancelled my eSIM today due to poor reception in my house, however I think I should have waited to see if the phone reception improves now the two phone companies have merged.  Is it too late to stop the cancellation?

thanks

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser @Steve99

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

Hi @Steve99  did you manage to get sorted with this?

Yes, I got sorted with Customer Service.  It looks like when the cancellation is requested you have about a day to reverse the decision.  As I put the cancellation in after the agents finished for the day yesterday as long as I contacted them today I was ok.  After this time the phone number would have gone and cannot be reversed.

thank you for your help
