Cancelled ID mobile

Hi 

I had a ID mobile contract which I cancelled in the 14 day cooling off period. 

I have received a bill which I'm trying to pay however as my SIM has been converted to PAYG I am unable to do so. Can someone from ID mobile please contact me to take payment.

Hello @Rf1987,

Did you register for an iD My Account online, for the pay monthly iD contract you cancelled in the cooling-off period?

If you did, then you can sign-in and pay the bill online - more options are explained in this Leaving iD Mobile? community article.
