Cancelled New Contract - PAC Code required

Hi,

I decided to get a new contract via Carphone Warehouse but the phone wasn't for me.

Returned the phone and contract is cancelled - requested PAC back but my number was cancelled by ID so can't text.

Asked for them to send via email but it never arrived. Will I now lose my number - or can I get my PAC.

Stuck in no mans land

Sorted now. ID emailed the PAC however I need to transfer to a different provider to then go back to ID
